The Supersonic Funk Train Heads South

Look out y'all - Swift Technique is revving up the engines to take their intergalactic funk caravan on tour throughout the Southeast US. We're wasting absolutely no time as we plan to orchestrate what may turn out to be some of the hottest parties of ALL Summer 2012.

The supersonic funk tonic known as Swift Tech will begin with a customary stop through the nation's capital. This aint your ordinary Wednesday night, however. The Swift crew will be reuniting with our Baltimore funk partners in crime, Shook, for what may literally blow the roof off The Wonderland Ballroom. Usual beer garden activities and late night dancin guaranteed. It's going down on Wednesday, June 13th.

For the first time in nearly two years, funk starved music lovers across North Carolina will rejoice as Swift Technique hits 5 NC cities in 7 nights. That's right - Boone, Greenville, Durham, Greensboro and Asheville will all be inundated with the raw funk and soul sounds of Brooklydelphia's finest over the course of 7 nights beginning June 14th.

Coming to the aid of funk starved citizens around the globe...

As the Swift Circus begins to collect their things and head North, there will be just one more important stop to make. On the evening of Thursday, June 21st, Swift Technique will debut in Richmond, VA at The Camel. Come one, come all for what will undoubtedly rank among the most legendary funk parties in Richmond history.

The Funk Returns to NYC and Philly

After a short tour through New England and Upstate New York, Swift Technique will be bringing the funk home to NYC and Philadelphia!

That's right y'all - the funk train rolls back through New York City on May 2nd. After an electric March performance at Arlene's Grocery, Swift Technique will be joining Parisian funk pioneers, CQMD (Ceux Qui Marchent Debout) for an evening of international grooves at Sullivan Hall (214 Sullivan St).

Everyone in the Philadelphia area should brace themselves for a perfect storm of funk aligning on Cinco De Mayo. As a matter of fact, everyone in the whole tri-state area should get ready for this one!
